The place of my dreams

a place I go for hope,

… not far to go.

I take my heart

and not much else.

I dream what might be,

have what seems I might not.

The place of my dreams,

merges in misty shadows,

… things I need

… things I want.

I take my spirit

to be near you.

I know what I dream,

dream what I might not.

The place of my dreams,

… not far I go.

I take it with me,

it lives in my mind.

No matter where I am

mind-place is near to me.

I dream all that I might

I have all that might be.
